What is the deposit requirement?

We require 50% of your total rental at time of booking.  The remaining balance is due upon check in.

Where do I go to check in?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, you will receive a welcome email that will give you directions to get to and into your rental.  You simply drive to your vacation destination.  No aggravating check in lines!

What is your Hurricane Policy?

No refunds will be given unless:

a.  The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or

b.  A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.  The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund prorated amount of days remainin on the agreement, not to include cleaning fee.
